Reflect AI™ is a SaaS platform that flags harmful, unlawful and unethical language before you hit "send". Our AI language classifier detects risks in emails prior to send, flags conversational missteps and successes in video meetings in real-time, and upskills individual communication with targeted and personalized microlearning. Reflect works via integrations with your favorite communication platforms (like Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Webex).
We currently have Reflect integrations for Gmail (Chrome extension, Chrome Add-on), Microsoft Outlook™ Add-in, Google Meet (Chrome extension), and Cisco Webex. Follow the installation instructions for your preferred integration(s) to begin using Reflect.
Reflect is currently available for desktop use only as a Chrome browser extension. Using a Chrome browser, find the extension here, click the “add to Chrome” button, then agree to the permissions requested by clicking the “Add extension” button in the popup that appears. Once this is complete, refresh or close and reopen Gmail to see Reflect appear in your send button.
Reflect for Webex is an embedded app that needs to be turned on by your organization’s administrator prior to use. Ask your organization’s admin to log into the control hub (admin.webex.com), go to Apps > Embedded Apps, and find Reflect for WebEx to allow users in your organization to use it. After this is enabled, turn on the Webex Assistant inside a meeting, click the “Apps” button, and find “Reflect AI by Alphy” to begin using Reflect for your meeting.
